Kindness is showing another a friendly nature, help, or understanding the current situation. Entering another’s spiritual space to enlarge or brighten it.

- We are all human, and whoever you meet, you could be in that situation.
- Paying attention to someone, acknowledging them, is a great act of kindness.
- Sometimes comfort concentrates the poison/pain.
- Do good so others know what it feels like.
- When you question whether or not to do something thoughtful, remember the world has enough apathy and anger but never enough kindness.
Kindness key concepts










- Compassion is a sense of sorrow brought upon by the suffering of another person and while sharing that sense of suffering, being inclined to give assistance to that person as you are able.
- Conscience is an internal, self-judging sense of right and wrong and the ability to choose the correct course of action based on this internal sense.
- Consideration is giving attention to something to study it with a view to deciding or learning more about it.
- Decency is the state of being suitable for a situation.
- Enabling is supplying the means and power for something to happen, the knowledge or resources to make something possible.
- Gratitude is a warm and friendly feeling coming from a favor or benefit received. It also refers to the kind action taken in response to that feeling.
- Hatred is great dislike or strong bias against someone or thing that produced strong emotional response and intense desire for misfortune to occur to the object.
- Mercy is a kindness of heart shown to someone who has caused injury of some kind and treating them with greater kindness than would be expected.
- Philanthropy means to love the entire human family. Good will actions done to make human life better.
- Tolerance is the ability to allow and respect beliefs and behaviors that differ from your own.
