Power is the ability to act or perform effectively, with enough physical, mental and spiritual energy for completion. The influence that your ideas have on others.

Key Concepts

Alertness is the state of being hyper-aware, carefully watching out ready to respond as needed.

Capacity is the ability to receive, hold and absorb and referred to as a measurement of the amount of this ability.

Delegation means sending away; it is giving the power to decide or complete something to someone else.

Depression is the state of being in low spirits, with an overwhelming feeling of sadness, lack of purpose and general low state of strength. Depression may require professional help to overcome.

Dignity is the presence of self-respect and poise that inspires respect from others. It comes from within and projects out and others respond to it.

Expectation is looking forward to an event that is about to happen or that one thinks is about to happen.

Free will is spontaneous action, the power to choose what actions or paths to take.

Influence is the ability to affect or change something, to cause a change to happen.

A limit is a specific point, condition or boundary that cannot be crossed without negative consequences.

Reliability means someone or thing can be trusted with important tasks or confided with valuable information.
