Balance is a process of trying to reach a stable equilibrium. All is in a proportional arrangement. All parts have matched energy, weight or attention.

Big ideas





- Balance is the process and not the end result.
- The peak emotional state of ecstasy will come when you are on your true path and fully in line with your purpose.
- Balance is not a state of always being happy or comfortable (that is an imbalance).
- Your alignment is different from anyone else’s. Don’t judge others or yourself for where they/you are.
- Your anger shows you where your imbalances are located.

- Adjustment is making something fit into a whole by making changes, large or small.
- Anger is a feeling of extreme displeasure, hostility or exasperation toward someone or something.
- A benchmark is a stationary reference point used to measure physical distance or individual/group accomplishment against a standard.
- Despair is the loss of all hope. Overcome by a sense of defeat or futility.
- Ecstasy is elevated delight and intense emotion that obscures normal thought and self-control.
- In equilibrium, all influences balance each other out resulting in a stable state of being.
- Instability means a person or thing is susceptible to sudden change, position or condition. Not dependable.
- Pain is suffering or distress that causes unpleasant sensations from mild to severe as a result of physical or emotional damage.
- Proportion is when a part considered in relation to the whole. The relationship between or among the elements in a whole.
- Yin and Yang represent opposing forces that also have complementary and interconnected elements, as part of Ancient Chinese philosophy
