Transformation is a significant change in form, appearance or function. A profound and long-lasting move from one state of being to another.

  • A transformation is a journey, rather than a single event. It is a journey that begins for a specific reason.
  • The most difficult thing is the stay the same, for energy needs to keep moving and changing.
  • To change, you must anticipate and embrace disruption, negativity and loss.
  • Don’t wait for the magic to happen, work on your life and make it happen.
  • Enlightenment is seeing the world as a complete picture and learning to reconcile all the pain and happiness it contains.

Transformation key concepts

  • Aspiration is the release of breath in speech, and in the motivational world aspirations are strong desires or goals, particularly those of lofty, high minded or spiritual ones.
  • Change is a turn or passing from one state to another, the altering of traits or circumstances.
  • Enlightenment is the act of giving knowledge or truth, shedding light on a situation.
  • An epiphany is a revelation of the essence of a spiritual idea appearing to the subject as a symbolic object or apparition to facilitate a moment of clarity.
  • Innovation is creating something new, of changing the established way of doing things. 
  • Metamorphosis is the process of dramatically changing form, shape, structure or recognizable nature.
  • A revolution is a complete cycle of movement back to the beginning. This could be back to the same state as before, or after a radical change, back to a new beginning.
  • Stagnation occurs when energy stops flowing, things stop moving. All action comes to an end.
  • The status quo is the existing condition or state of affairs, how things are right now.
  • A variety is a collection of different kinds or different options of a related group.
